I understand the chemistry behind this, but I HAVE TO POINT OUT that if you are in pain, you should stop. Working out when you have intense pain will lead to injury. I am NOT talking about fatigue or discomfort… When you are doing crunches and your abs burn, that is not pain. When you running a 5k for the first time and you can barely breath anymore for the last .2mi, that is not pain.

My legs hurt even worse than yesterday from working out, i never did exercise so even though i worked out barely 20 min...
